H2P Solution LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business based in Fairfax, Virginia, delivering counter-unmanned aircraft systems expertise to the defense and intelligence community, public safety agencies, and allied partners. We focus on one mission: helping our clients get ahead of the unmanned aircraft threat.
H2P founder Cedrick Grier brings more than 17 years of experience spanning intelligence operations, project and operations integration, training, and threat-focused mission support. His C-UAS background includes Red Team and training leadership supporting U.S. military personnel across the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) and U.S. Army Central (ARCENT) operating environment.
C-UAS Operational & Training Experience
C-UAS Red Team Leadership
Led and coordinated C-UAS Red Team and training activities supporting operational units, helping personnel identify, assess, report, and respond to evolving unmanned aircraft threats.
Multi-Country Operational Support
Supported C-UAS missions and personnel across multiple countries in the CENTCOM area of responsibility, with experience involving operational coordination, threat assessment, training, system validation, and readiness evaluation.
Large-Scale Training Support
Supported a Fort McCoy training mission involving more than 7,200 personnel, contributing practical experience in delivering and coordinating training at scale.
379th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron
Supported C-UAS training for 107 personnel from the 379th ESFS, reinforcing the importance of realistic threat recognition, reporting, coordination, and operator readiness.
Operational Integration
Experience connecting C-UAS training with command-and-control coordination, force protection, operational planning, reporting procedures, sensor familiarization, and pre-deployment readiness.
Intelligence-Informed Threat Assessment
Combines intelligence analysis and operational experience to help organizations recognize indicators and anomalies, understand threat patterns, and improve decision-making before, during, and after a drone incident.
From Operational Lessons to the H2P Method
H2P was built around a simple lesson from operational C-UAS experience: technology alone does not create readiness. Effective C-UAS operations depend on personnel who understand what they are seeing, know what information matters, communicate through a repeatable process, understand their authorities, and can make sound decisions under pressure.
Those lessons informed H2P’s SWARM methodology—Surveillance, Warning, Assessment & Response Management. The framework emphasizes left-of-launch awareness, threat recognition, disciplined assessment, communication, appropriate response, documentation, and continuous learning.
